Corel Corporation, a Canadian office and design software company, announced it has acquired ClearSlide, a sales engagement platform, for an undisclosed fee. The company stated that Corel's E-commerce experience, global channels and expansive partner network position ClearSlide with new opportunities to expand its presence in international markets.
